To install, make a hole in the fabric and place the two snap pieces together with the elastic in place, set them with a Mallet so they snap in. The attachment point is also easily installed by using a screwdriver or hand drill and drilling the #10 1" Stainless Steel screw into the desired location. Make sure that the elastic is about 2/3 away and not full extended so it’s easier to use.
