You will receive an email containing verification of the product being shipped from our local facilities and a tracking ID from one of the carriers we use to ship. From there you can follow the progress of your package until it arrives at your doorstep.
If you have ordered an item and have not yet received an email from us saying we have shipped your order, there is still time! If you contact us with a address change reuqest, we will ship to the appropriate address. Once the package is in the carrier system we wont be able to intercept.
We do offer some of our key items to be shipped international, but as there is some limitations to our local hub, it will be more convenient for you to go to our amazon store and order from there. The product we have in Amazon warehouses will be able to arrive much quicker than we will be able to provide.
Typical orders within the continental US will arrive within 5 days of being ordered. We cannot predict transit issues within the carriers system.
